At PINCC, we’re committed to eradicating cervical cancer by creating lasting, sustainable healthcare worldwide. We’re seeking passionate, dedicated individuals who are ready for a challenging yet fulfilling experience. Our volunteer trips are not about sightseeing or medical tourism—they’re about hard work and making a tangible impact. Medical volunteers trained in performing speculum exams will join a team delivering critical care, training local providers, and building clinics that will serve communities for years. The rewards are great, but the journey is driven by service, sustainability, and ensuring families thrive for generations.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Medical Volunteers: Provide hands-on care, perform exams (certification in speculum exams required), and train local providers to expand medical access.

  • Support Staff: Support critical logistics, manage clinic operations, and engage in outreach.

  • Creative Roles: Help share our mission by capturing stories as a Photographer, Videographer, or Designer.

  • After returning from PINCC's recent trip to Santa Cruz, Bolivia, I continue to ponder the profound impact the trip has made on me. I have wanted to engage in the volunteer medical sector for some time now, and have been seeking the right organization that is truly aligned with the WHO initiative to end cervical cancer globally. I believe that PINCC is such an organization. By not just screening and treating low-resource women in Bolivia for cervical cancer, but also training the local health care providers to do the same, PINCC epitomizes the old adage of teaching a (wo)man to fish, rather than just giving him a fish. Using contribution funds to procure the thermocoagulators that are then left with the local clinicians is a meaningful way to regionally expand this impact over time. I deeply believe in the mission and results of the PINCC team, and am excited to continue on this journey with them in Bolivia 2025.
